Toshiba and their Sales Agent (perhaps unwisely) gave us the following r (internal) TOSHIBA COMMISSION STATEMENT when we were teaching our ultrasound courses to their sales prospects.

Note that of the $31,685 that the doctor paid to Toshiba, $17,193 or even a whopping $20,503 was re-paid by Toshiba as Commission Earned to their sales/marketing agent.

2/3 of what the doctors paid was a hidden sales commission! Common when doctors call any manufcturer for their "free" in-office demo.
